Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to the lottery application for the Green City Project in Neral, operated by Sarah Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Cancellation of Application

• Once your application is submitted, it cannot be canceled. All entries are final.

• The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, disqualification, non-selection, or withdrawal of the lottery.

3. Exceptional Cases

• In the event of cancellation of the entire lottery by us, we will provide a full refund of the application fee to all participants.
